The Payroll/HR Coordinator and Engineering Supervisor are both graduates of the CJST WorkFirst Program. The employees are an asset to the company. They are an inspiration to other employees. One graduate is the head of the Employee Relations Committee. She is involved in community networking, fund-raising. She oversees the entire payroll office. She does her job so well that I don’t have to think about it! Several housekeepers are graduates of the program. They continue to be excellent employees.
