TUITION REFUND SCHEDULE FOR STATE-SUPPORTED SPRING QUARTER 2008 COURSES:
100% refund through April 11th.50% refund through April 25th. - Refund policy and withdrawal deadlines may differ for condensed and early or late- starting courses.
- For self-support courses, a 100% refund is given when a student withdraws officially prior to the first class session. No refunds will be given after the first class begins.
- See quarterly bulletin for fee refund schedule.
Students must officially drop a class at the Enrollment Services Office, on the Web, or by calling (360) 417-6255. Informing the instructor alone does not constitute a drop. This schedule is in accordance with RCW 288.15.600.
CANCELED COURSES: 100% REFUND FOR COURSES CANCELED BY THE COLLEGE. REFUND CHECKS WILL BE PROCESSED ON A DAILY BASIS STARTING April 14th THROUGH THE END OF THE QUARTER.
FAILURE TO PAY BY March 20 WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM CLASSES!
