Withdrawal from Classes

You may withdraw from courses up to one month (30 calendar days) prior to the last instructional day of the quarter. A grade of "W," which is not used in computing grade point averages, will be entered on the official transcript. An Add/Drop form is used to request withdrawal from courses and may be obtained from the Student Services Office. Students must officially drop the class at the Student Services front counter, on the web, or by calling (360) 417-6340. Simply informing an instructor does not constitute a drop.
