Wait Lists
Please read carefully, new changes are in red...
HOW DO I GET ON A WAIT LIST?
- When you register, if the class is full, you will be prompted to go on a wait list. Be sure to carefully read the wait list rules below as they have changed.
- 3 wait listed classes maximum
- The Automated Wait list will not allow you to be wait-listed for a course if you are already enrolled into a different section of the same course.
- You may be on only one wait list for the same course.
HOW DO I GET ENROLLED INTO CLASSES?
- Automatic registration from wait lists will occur up until Thursday, April 5, 2012 or until the first day of class for a late-starting class.
- If you have been enrolled in class from the wait list, you will be notified via email.
HOW DO I CHECK MY WAIT LIST STATUS?
- Check your status online by going to the Wait Inquiry and Update Login page. Enter your student ID and registration PIN number. For non-degree seeking students, your PIN number is your birthdate (format: mmddyy).
WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE?
- If you no longer want to remain on a wait list, please notify us promptly or go the Wait Inquiry and Update Login and enter your student ID and registration pin number and drop the wait listed class. For non-degree seeking students, your PIN number is your birthdate (format: mmddyy).
- If you would like to drop a class, or add another class to your wait list, go to Web Registration Login and follow the online registration instructions. REMEMBER, there is now a maximum of 3 wait lists at one time.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY CLASS?
- Pay for tuition immediately upon notification of enrollment for non-credit classes, or by the payment due date for credit classes. You may pay online by accessing the Credit Card Payment page or by calling with your credit card number to 360-417-6340 or toll-free to 1-877-452-9277. Failure to pay will result in disenrollment from all classes.
- Please closely monitor your schedule so that you know when you have been enrolled into a wait-listed class. (Please be sure we have your current email address on file and that you check your email often.)
- REMEMBER you are responsible for the accuracy of your schedule. Watch it closely and report any problems promptly.
