International Admission Requirements
All international students must submit: - $35 (U.S. dollars) application fee (nonrefundable)
- A complete international application for admission
- Translated official copies of all scholastic records (transcripts from high school, previous college, or language school)
- Proof of finance (notarized affidavit of support or a bank statement, government, or sponsor's statement confirming the availability of sufficient funds for at least one year of study at Peninsula College)
- English Proficiency Requirement for:
Academic Programs
Proof of English proficiency in one of the following ways: - 500 or higher in TOEFL (Peninsula College test code 4615);
- 92 or higher on the Peninsula College ESL Compass Placement Test;
- Successful completion of the Advanced Level of the ESL Program at Peninsula College or any accredited ESL Program in the United States or any English-speaking nations;
- Transferring from the academic program of an accredited American college or university with a minimum GPA of 2.0.
(Note: Students whose TOEFL scores are lower than 500 will be accepted conditionally. They will be required to take some ESL classes.)
For ESL (English as a Second Language) Program
There is no English proficiency requirement. - $50 (U.S. dollars) airport pick up fee (this fee is refundable if student dedides not to attend.)

Students transferring from another institution within the United States will need to submit the following documents in addition to the regular admission requirements:
- A copy of I-94 and visas
- A copy of their passport (pages containing photo and demographic information)
- Copies of all previous I-20s
- An International Student Transfer Form (signed by current foreign student advisor)
