Traveling to Port Angeles

Peninsula College is located in Port Angeles, Washington, which is approximately 2 hours away from Seattle (by car).  We strongly recommend that you try to schedule your arrival on the recommended International Student Arrival Day when we will pick you up and transport you back to Port Angeles.

The Seattle Airport pick up fee is $50.  If you arrive on a day other than the arrival day we recommend, you will need to arrange your own transportation to Port Angeles, or pay $100 for pick up instead of $50.  (Please see Peninsula College Calendar for the recommended arrival dates),

Ways of traveling to Port Angeles from Seattle by your self:

1.     When you schedule your flight from your home country to Seattle, Washington, the easiest and quickest way to get to Port Angeles is to arrange an additional flight from Seattle SeaTac International Airport to Port Angeles Fairchild International Airport in Port Angeles. The flying time is 20-30 minutes.  There are several daily flights available with Kenmore Air.  The following is the contact information:

2.     Another option of traveling to Port Angeles is to take the bus. The bus is operated by Olympic Bus Lines, departs from Seattle’s SeaTac International Airport twice a day.  It takes about three hours from Seattle to Port Angeles by bus.  It arrives at the bus depot in downtown Port Angeles, where we will also be able to meet you and take you to the college.  The following is the contact information:
